“Clean” is how most of our clients describe this style. Known for a low tile roof and little to no eave overhang, Spanish Colonial uses simple lines to create its form. This style is capable of combining both hipped and gabled roofs, and will have both arched and square-topped windows. Exterior materials are stucco with either stone or cast stone accents.
For details, the Spanish Colonial home has an elaborate stone entry, and ornate tiles are often inset into the exterior walls. A fountain is often a focal point at an entryway.
