Rebecca is a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 with her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and received her NCIDQ Certification in 2022. She has loved all aspects of residential design since she was in elementary school, asking for House Plan Magazine at every grocery store trip and building doll-sized houses from any box she could find. With over 7 years of professional experience, she helps bring her clients’ dreams to life using Sketches, Construction Drawings, Cabinetry Design, and more. When she is not creating, she is enjoying quality time with her husband and two little ones playing outside or in the gym.
SALLY VANOVER
Sally joined the Heritage Design team in August of 2024. She has over half a decade of experience in administration across the event, medical, and private industries. You will find her smiling face as you enter the office ready to provide whatever it is you need!
MARA MORAL-CORREA
Mara is an Architectural Designer with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Seville in 2002 and received her Master in Emergent Technologies and Design from the AA School of Architecture in London in 2012. Having lived in Madrid, London and Stockholm, she moved to the United States in 2017 and has been working as a residential specialist since then, bringing her international experience and Mediterranean and Scandinavian inspiration to her projects.
Mara likes spending her free time visiting new places with her husband, their three kids and their dog Boston.
LAUREN REYES
Lauren joined Heritage Interiors in 2022 as a Design Assistant. She is responsible for supporting the design team by keeping track of vendor orders, providing CAD details, and organizing product samples for the team. After earning her B.S. in Communication Studies at TCU, she realized how much she wanted to be a part of the design world. Lauren loves to learn and attends as many design training courses as she can to continue her growth and knowledge in Interior design.
AUDREY CONRADT
Audrey graduated from Baylor University in 2023 with her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design. Over the years she has enjoyed learning different facets of design and is eager to enhance her skill set through training courses and everyday experience. She is an Allied member of ASID and is planning to be NCIDQ certified in the near future. Outside of work Audrey enjoys spending time with her friends and family along with running, baking, and playing with her dog.
SELINDA DORSETT
Selinda joined the Heritage Design team in July of 2019. She has extensive management experience in both the business and medical fields, and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of both the Architecture and Interior Design aspects of the business. On any given day you will find her wearing multiple different hats and juggling several different tasks.
When not at work, Selinda loves spending time with her husband Albert. She is also the proud mom of three grown children and YaYa to two incredibly sweet grands. Let’s not forget she also loves being a doggy mom to Miss Sara Mae. Selinda enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when the beach is involved, and also loves to country western dance with her husband.
WILL MANNING
Will Manning started working as an IT specialist in 2019 and joined Heritage Design Studio as a draftsman in 2021. Since then, he has honed his ability to thoroughly lay out and document floor plans through Archicad and render 3D models to help clients better connect with their designs.
In 2022, Will had the opportunity to significantly contribute to the new design for Amira’s charity House.
Will spends much of his free time working in voiceover and sketching. He has a passion for color and contrast in what he creates.
MICHELLE WADE
Michelle has over 3 decades of high-end residential interior design experience – with works published nationally and locally. Michelle’s credentials began by earning an Interior Design Degree from The University of North Texas with a minor in Construction Science (Circa 1991). She is skilled at AutoCAD, custom furniture & lighting design, space planning, custom millwork, rugs, drapery and soft furnishings. She has had several opportunities recently to create fabulous “home spas” complete with custom saunas and hydro-thearpy showers as well as multiple dream kitchens!
Michelle’s goal is to maximize the potential of every space with functionally beautiful interiors that clients are proud to call home. When she is not elevating spaces, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill Wade and their three adult daughters, 2 grandbabies and extended family!

MARLENE SMALL
Clients have repeatedly invited Marlene to bring their vision into reality since 1997. She is an Allied member of ASID and trained as a Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP). She has served on the leadership team for the Fort Worth Design Community of ASID. She is also a member of the Ft Worth Interior Design Group, an invitation-only membership that provides monthly CEUs and collaboration with design industry professionals.
Attention to detail and building relationships with Clients, Contractors and Vendors has culminated in her business success today. She has worked on new construction projects since 2001, and primarily focuses on 8,000+ square foot custom homes.
Outside her career as an Interior Designer, Marlene enjoys her roles as wife to Sammy Small, mother to three adult children, and “Punker” to their five grands! Her community “give back” includes a Visual Arts program for children at their church, and her membership with Genesis Women’s Alliance and the Greater Keller Women’s Club. She is also a sorority woman (Alpha Chi Omega) and a loyal Texas Tech Fan (Guns Up!)
SHAWN WEBB
Shawn grew up in the high desert of Southern California and attended college on the central coast at California Polytechnic State University, from which he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Following graduation, he worked as a junior designer and project manager, focusing on multi-family residential projects at one of the top-grossing architecture firms in the country. Following his residential success, Shawn went on to work in the computer game industry where he spent several years honing his 3D modeling and design skills. In 2014, he moved to Texas to start his career with Heritage as our licensed architect.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his wife Holly and their four cats: Buttercup, Twinkle, Hammie, and Thor.
